In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, GDPR), as well as Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD), and in fulfilment of the obligation to provide transparent information to data subjects as established in Articles 13 and 14 of the aforementioned Regulation, it is hereby disclosed that the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the website https://anfedev.com is a natural person exercising professional activity on a self-employed basis whose full legal name is Aniol Fernández Cano, holding a Spanish fiscal identification document with fiscal identification number 41592017J, with registered professional domicile located at Carrer Pintor Fortuny número 8, postal code 17430, municipality of Santa Coloma de Farners, province of Girona, Spain, who may be contacted for any matter relating to the processing of personal data by electronic means at the address hello@anfedev.com.
02 Data collected and purposes
Contact form: when you submit the contact form on anfedev.com, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the pre-contractual relationship.
Analytics data: with your prior consent, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. This data is used in aggregate form only to improve the website and understand how visitors interact with it. Your IP address is anonymised before being transmitted to Google.
No special categories of personal data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs, etc.) are collected or processed at any time.
03 Legal basis for processing
Contact form data: processed on the basis of the pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If the relationship does not lead to a contract, we rely on our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics data: processed only with your explicit prior consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie consent banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
04 Data processors
We use the following third-party service providers, each bound by data processing agreements that ensure GDPR-compliant handling of your data:
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — processes contact form submissions. Data is transmitted securely and is used only to deliver form notifications to hello@anfedev.com.
- Google LLC — provides Google Analytics (property G-3DM4TJPQHP). Google acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. See google.com/analytics/terms for details.
05 International transfers
Google LLC is headquartered in the United States. The transfer of analytics data to Google's servers in the US is carried out on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Decision of Adequacy adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023), under which Google is certified.
Web3Forms processes data within the European Economic Area or under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
06 Retention periods
Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry and, thereafter, for up to six (6) years in order to comply with applicable civil prescription periods under Spanish law.
Analytics data is retained for twenty-four (24) months, which corresponds to the lifespan of the Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_G-3DM4TJPQHP). You may consult our Cookie Policy for further details.
When data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
07 Your rights
Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — to obtain confirmation of whether your data is being processed and, if so, to access it.
- Right to rectification — to have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary or when you withdraw consent.
- Right to restriction of processing — to request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances.
- Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint — with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
08 How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of the above rights, please send a written request to hello@anfedev.com, including your full name, a copy of your identity document (NIF/NIE/passport), and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within one (1) month, which may be extended by a further two months in complex cases.
If you believe your rights have not been adequately addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es.
